All glory and adoration go to Allah (SWT), the Beneficient, the Merciful, who has seen us through another term in the life of Lagos Muslim International School. We also shower praises on our role model prophet Muhammed (SAW). May the peace and blessing of Allah be upon him, his household, his companionsand Muslims.
1. THE SCHOOL PORTAL PAGE
The Management of Lagos Muslim International School wishes to inform our esteemed parents and guardians that a new portal has been launched for the school.

The portal will among others be used by the school to:
1. Prepare and present the results of all the periodic assessments and examinations conducted for our pupils and students to the parents.
2. Conduct Computer Based Tests and examinations
3. Conduct online classes for students
4. Facilitate eParenting , which include constant reminders to the parents on the activities of the school and the students.
In order to have access to the portal, every parent will be given a PIN that is automatically generated on the platform. This PIN shall be paid for by the parents on termly basis and it would be included in the bill for 2nd term 2023/ 2024 session.
5. The termly payment of PIN will be one thousand five hundred naira (1,500). Each parents/guardians will pay the sum of three thousand naira (#3,000) for the first and second term of the 2023/2024 academic session.
6. Parents/guardian should note that holiday assignment will be given to pupils and students on the school portal page. The assignment must be done in the note book of that particular subject which would be submitted on resumption.
2. IST TERM CBT EXAMINATION: We are glad to inform the parents that the objective tests of the 1st term examination for the senior secondary school students were written with the CBT platform on the school portal. It gave the students the opportunity of having their scores immediately the examinations were concluded.
This platform will be deployed to all Junior Secondary school and primary school classes immediately all arrangements are concluded.
The preparatory section of the school had a fun-filled activities during the term. They had literacy day, speech day, colour day, Abaya/jalbab day, cultural day. They learnt a lot from the different activities and these lessons will be a reference point for them for a long time.
2. OPEN DAY: The termly open day of the session was held on Thursday 2nd November, 2023 for both schools. It was well attended by parents/guardians. While some parents commended the teacher’ work, others teachers were encouraged to do more.
4. SPEECH DAY: The pupils’ speech day was held on Wednesday 1st November, 2023. Pupils were given different topics to speak on. It was an eye opening presentations whereby the pupils displayed their oratory skills. The programme had to extend to the next day because some pupils could not present before closing on that day.
5. PUPILS’ ISLAMIC FORUM: The pupils’ Islamic forum was spiced up with arrays of educative topics that will give them a vintage understanding of their deen. It is hoped that the lessons learnt from these topics would aid the pupils to be much more conscious of the religion.
6. HAIRSTYLE: It is imperative that parents/guardian MUST make the appropriate hairstyles for their female children/wards. This is hairstyles for next term.

The male pupils SHOULD note appropriate hair cut styles like punk, galaxy and the likes are not allowed in the school. The approved hair cut for the male pupils is either skinned cut or low cut. Parents/ guardians SHOULD NOTE that any pupil that contravenes this rule will be PENALIZED.
7. ABACUS CLASSES: The Abacus classes will commence from Monday 15th January, 2024. The classes will hold at the primary on Tuesday and atEnrollment, Activities &achievements

LAMIS operates Western and Islamic curriculum. Our pupils and students are expected to memorize specific portions of the Quran at their point of exit (Primary, Junior or Senior Secondary) based on their levels.
This is to be achieved along with Primary School Leaving Examination, Junior Secondary Certificate and Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations.
Therefore, the school is approved by;
